We just had Anlin windows & sliding doors installed by OC Window Experts last week & couldn't be happier! We had gotten several quotes but got the best vibe from Mike. The price was very competitive & we appreciated his honesty/recommendations. The installation team was very courteous, professional & FAST! We were surprised they showed up as scheduled, despite the rainy forecast! Although they estimated 2-3 days, they were done in about 1 1/2! The communication throughout the process was great. I also want to say that JC, Eric and Willy were not just effective and efficient, they were 100% focused on our needs and making sure we got the best service imaginable. Thank you JC!

We had such a great experience with OC Window Experts — I can’t recommend them enough! From the first call to the final walkthrough, they were professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about doing things right.We were in the middle of replacing all the windows and French doors in our home with a newborn in the house (not ideal timing 😅), but Mike, Mitch, Willy, J.C., and Kait made it so easy. Seriously, I couldn’t believe how smooth they made the whole process.Mike was awesome from the start — super knowledgeable and never pushy. He walked us through everything and made sure we felt confident in our choices.Mitch came out to do all the measurements and was so detail-oriented. When Milgard missed a seal on our French doors, he caught it immediately and got it taken care of without us having to worry about a thing.Willy handled the install and is truly a craftsman. Everything was super clean, tight, and professionally done. Plus, he was respectful of our home, which we really appreciated with a baby sleeping nearby.J.C. along with doing the install with Willy did the final walkthrough and spotted little details we didn’t even think to look for — you can tell he takes real pride in his work.And to top it all off, Kait even came to our house to pick up the deposit check so I didn’t have to leave with the baby. That level of customer service is rare these days.Long story short: if you need new windows or doors, this is the team you want. They’re honest, reliable, and truly go the extra mile. Our house looks amazing, and we’re so glad we found them!

My wife and I were able to get the best price on Anlin windows from Mike with OC Window Experts. Mike made the whole process feel very comfortable. He was happy to answer all of our questions. Working with Mike’s team was a smooth process.Mike and his team always showed up at the time that we agreed on. Mike called us while our windows were still being installed to ask how everything was going. The window install crew Willy, Eric and JC were polite and easy to work with. I’m glad there was a walk through after our windows were installed to make sure we were happy with the windows. After the walk through, Willy called his supervisor who asked if we were happy. Yes, we are happy with our new Anlin windows.

Mike the owner is very courteous and responsive. He shown pros and cons to the buyers so they can the best decisions that fit their budgets. Meghan and Kait the customer service team follows very step of the way during the process. J.C and Willy the installer crew are prompt, clean and very professional. First rate experience throughout process with OC Window Experts. Mike & team were so quick but thorough with an estimate of exactly what I wanted (3 sets of replacement French doors that were 28 yrs old). Mitch came out for exact measurements and aided in dimension adjustments. Very fair price for 3 locking system doors that open/close beautifully. Great service by Mike and Megan! Mike took all of my calls asking about various tax incentives and installation requirements. They were quick to respond and easy to get a hold of by phone and text. During installation day, they provided a 2 hour window of when the crew would arrive. The installers were extremely professional and explained to me different findings as they removed the old windows. Once the installation was completed, the office staff gave me a call to make sure everything was satisfactory.We immediately noticed the house became more quiet. I can’t recommend these folks enough!

I just spent 21 minutes on the phone with Mike, a really great honest guy who after carefully reviewing my home’s design advised me against getting retrofit windows. It’s not everyday that you call a home repair type company looking to do business with them and they actually talk you out of going with them. For this reason I can’t recommend Mike enough if you’re not sure about what you’re doing and need someone you can count on to steer you in the right direction. I hope this review helps Mike earn more business because he really deserves it and I hope this helps you avoid making any costly mistakes as Mike did for me.

The installation went really smoothly and was carried out with impressive professionalism! We encountered a couple of tricky front windows, as they were made up of smaller, separate glass panels. However JC and Eric removed everything safely and completed the installation of our 7 windows and 1 patio door in under 8 hours. Mike was very responsive and checked in during the job to ensure everything was going well. The Anlin windows/doors themselves are a night and day upgrade. We immediately felt the difference in noise reduction and insulation, and they are super easy to open and close.

Amazing experience with this team from the very get-go. Friendly, informative, easy to communicate with, etc. Then on install day the installers, JC and Eric, were very friendly and polite and quick workers. In my instance, they did 9 windows in under 4 hours. They protected ever surface with work blankets and cleaned up after themselves. All around very pleased with the experience!

OC Windows Experts replaced 4 windows and 1 sliding patio glass door for us. We are very happy and satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. Our old windows and patio door were a mixture of different age aluminum. Most were probably original when the house was built in 1969. We selected Milgard Tuscany and immediately noticed the noise and temperature difference after they were installed. The noise from the gardener’s working next door is much dampened so that I don’t notice unless I pay attention. OC Windows Experts staff and technicians are all professional, honest, responsive and respectful. If you need to replace your windows, you will find the process transparent and highly satisfactory with this company!

I would highly recommend OC Window Experts!!! The team from start to finish was pleasant to work with, were timely in their responses, and workmanship was A+. The installers JC, Eric, Willy and Ray, worked through a day of high winds, which they say slowed them down, however they completed installing over 30 windows in 2 days, so was not even noticed on my part. Installers were courteous, and kept us informed on where they were at throughout the process. Our neighbors comment on how good the windows look thanks to this crew.

I want to clarify that this is NOT a paid review but my genuine experience. When I was ready to get new windows I researched both windows and window contractors. After I had an initial idea of what I wanted I met with three companies. O.C. Window Experts was the last and I am glad it worked out this way as I could do an apples to apples comparison.My experience began with Mitchell who came out and measured my windows. Then I spoke with Mike. Mike was very easy to understand and I did not feel pressured at all. It was a very easy decision for me both intellectually and intuitively.The process was simple with no snags.On the day of the installation J.C. first introduced himself and then introduced me to Ray, Willie and Eric. They were all respectful, professional and diligent in their work. They did a beautiful job and J.C. inspected each window to make sure I was happy.Yes, I could not be happier with my new windows and I could recommend this company in a heartbeat.

From start to finish, Mike, the owner, and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering excellent service. If you’re considering window replacement, I highly recommend OC Window Experts.Mike is honest, transparent, and incredibly well-versed in the products he offers. When my daughter and I visited his Huntington Beach warehouse, he took the time to show us a variety of window brands, explaining the pros and cons of each in detail. We walked away with a much deeper understanding of our options, and his pricing was significantly more reasonable than the estimates we received from other companies.One thing I really appreciated was Mike’s flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile. During our warehouse visit, he suggested upgrading the standard window cam locks to True Action locks. However, I missed that detail when reviewing the proposal. I assumed it was too late to make changes, but I reached out anyway—and to my surprise, Mike contacted Anlin and arranged the swap without hesitation or extra cost. That level of customer care is rare!The installation process was just as smooth. Raymond and Willie, the installation crew, were efficient, professional, and meticulous with their work. They made sure every window was installed perfectly, and I truly appreciate their expertise.I also want to commend the OC Window Experts for their integrity. They pointed out that the alignment of one of the Argon windows was slightly off. The Team at OC Window Experts is top notch. From my first interaction with Mike, he was friendly and took returned calls punctually, patiently answering many questions I had and following up on our project. From when they came out to measure and provide a bid, to the project follow up with Meghan and Kait, to install day, communication was clear and they were able to install sooner than expected. On day of install, JC and Eric came on time, were polite and were extremely hard working. They left the job site clean and did a final walk thru going through all functions and making sure he answered any questions we had. Mike, personally texted that evening to check in, and I also received calls from his team to follow up on our experience. This has been hands down one of the most positive experiences working with contractors that we’ve worked with. 5 stars across the board for the whole team. Mitch came over to do inspection on windows. Was very personable and addressed all of our questions. We got a quote from another window company and found that the quote price was fair. Talked with the owner Mike directly and was very personable and addressed all of my questions as well. Was debating between Anlin and Milgard but Mike introduced us to Anlin and we love the windows! Mike addressed all my questions in regards to installation and contract and he was very responsive. He checked on us during the installation process as well. Process was very smooth. Ray and Willie came in to do the job for us and they were very hard working and considerate. They showed us how the windows operate and answered lot of our questions. Went above and beyond and helped us extra with a sliding screen we were having issue with. Very satisfied.

JC, Eric, William and Ray did a great job - they replaced 26 windows and 1 sliding glass door in a 3 story home in ONE DAY!! They were very efficient, friendly and left my house very clean after they completed the job. GREAT crew!Estimate and measurement was done very quickly (less than 45 mins) and it took about 6 weeks for the windows to be ordered and built.Coordination leading up to the installation day was very transparent and included all details.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Incredible company to work with. Their whole team is responsive and helpful. We have a 2nd home in So Cal and it was in dire need of new windows. We called a few different companies but Harbor Construction won us over with their customer service. They talked us through new windows and identified some issues with our home that we were unaware of. The whole project went as expected. We did everything over the phone from two states away. Can't wait to be able to enjoy our new energy efficient windows for years to come. We will be referring them to our neighbors. Don't mess around with other companies. I needed to replace my condominium's windows and patio doors. After doing a good amount of research, I contacted Mike about the effort. Based on his recommendations and my follow-on research, we went with the Anlin windows and patio doors.Coordinating the process was done by the front office and everyone did an outstanding job of communicating and letting me know where we were in the process. On the installation date(s), Ray, Eric, and Ernesto (the second day) come right on schedule. Highly recommend Harbor Construction just like everyone who reviewed them so highly before me. In my first conversation with Mike in September 2023, he gave me so much valuable information without a singly pushy moment. In fact, when I told him I was unsure about moving forward since I was essentially switching double pane for double pane, he said I would still get a noticeable improvement but left the ultimate decision to me. In fact he said, “I’ll be here when you’re ready” and I knew right then that if I decided to go forward, I would call him and no one else. I decided in May 2024 to call him again because of the unbearable heat on the second floor of my home. I am so thankful I came back to him. His whole team is as thorough and professional as they come. I value honestly and guidance over tactics and pushy sales. Mike demonstrated the heat protection I would get in the showroom visit I scheduled. Since the windows were installed in June (right before a huge heat wave) I have experienced immediate temperature AND sound improvement as promised. The sound barrier and heat protection these new windows provide is phenomenal. My house is quieter and much more comfortable. Amazing!

Mitch came out to measure and was thorough and very polite. He also answered many more questions! Kait handled the paperwork and ordering expertly. Meghan kept me up-to-date on scheduling and even when we had to reschedule because of the pouring rain she was great about communicating. And on install day, Miguel, Fausto and Jeremy got right to work and did a great job removing the existing windows and putting in the new ones. Communication is everything and it's so nice to have a contractor that does what they say they are going to do - on time and at a fair price. We're having a housewarming party soon and I will be telling everyone who did our new beautiful windows. Well done - thank you.

We were referred to Harbor by a friend who said that Harbor bent over backwards for his project, and they were reasonably priced. We spoke to the owner Mike about the Anlin replacement windows and we were sold! They come with a free lifetime replacement, and I live on a golf course. I've already had a window broken and Anlin replaced it without any hassle, and sooner than they originally quoted. The price was great for such a high quality window. Mike sent his foreman Yordan and his crew out. They replaced 33 windows AND two sliding doors in only 3 days! When we said we thought something looked off, they fixed it. Yordan and his Crew took care of us. While I paid a deposit when the windows were ordered, I was not asked to pay the balance until everything was completed to pur satisfaction. Also, I live in northern San Diego County, and they were on time, eventhough I was over 85 miles away! If you don't at least talk to them, you're doing yourself a huge disservice!

Wow, Mike (the owner of Harbor Construction) is PHENOMENAL! I wish more business owners were as courteous, knowledgeable and generous as Mike.I called Harbor Construction in search of a vendor to help address some issues with Tex-Cote. I saw a few other reviewers mentioned that they did that kind of work though most of the recent reviews (and their website) indicated they specialized in doors and window installation. I thought I'd give them a call to find out more, and I'm glad I did!Mike picked up the phone and was warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He clarified that they used to do Tex-Cote, but have narrowed the scope of their services to focus on door and window installation. Nevertheless, he asked me about my situation and offered up a tremendous amount of helpful information and provided recommendations. Mike spent a good 20-30 minutes discussing my project and leveraging his years of experience doing contracting work to give me an honest, objective and informed set of recommendations.Mike was gracious with his time and generous with his knowledge, and I could tell he really just wanted to help.If I ever need doors, sliders or windows Harbor Construction will be the first call I make. If you have the opportunity to work with them, I am confident you will be in good hands.

Highly recommend. One of the biggest frustrations dealing with the contractors is lack of responsiveness. Not this company. We did a lot of projects at our property, and Harbor Construction was one of the best companies to deal with. While they may elect to delay roof installation due to expected adverse weather conditions, when they do start, they finish very fast. Your house will not be one of those houses you see in your neighborhood sitting for a week with no progress and being rained on.

I wish I could give Mike and his team 10 stars. I had been thinking about window replacement for a long time but it felt really intimidating. I sent out requests for bids on Yelp and Mike called me right away. He was so consultative and answered all my questions, and helped me understand how to take measurements so I could get comparative bids. Mike was the best priced of the ones I got back and 100x better to work with so I went with Harbor. I have very specific style that needed to be matched, and I also really wanted double hung, Mike went WAY above and beyond to find what I was looking for, and giving me his professional opinion along the way. We had multiple phone conversations for him to help me make a decision, he was so kind and patient will all my questions.The day of installation also completely blew me away. A big crew showed up right on time, Pete was overseeing the project and he was fantastic. Super communicative and the whole crew was really respectful of my neighbors, plants around the community and shared spaces. My HOA president even complimented how great they all were. Whats even more amazing is they finished in a single day, and swept/vacuumed/wiped down the work space so my home was clean to come back to! The Anlin windows are absolutely beautiful and really high quality, it's a total game changer in my space. I can't believe I waited so long to do this, I am so happy and I felt SO well taken care of by the way Mike and Meghan worked with me along the way.I honestly don't know what more you could possibly look for in a contractor. I am telling everyone I know about him for window replacement projects - ABSOLUTELY HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

We had 32 windows replaced with Anlin Windows by Harbor Construction in April. We chose them as had gotten two other quotes for the same windows that were quite a bit higher, plus Mike La First was incredibly patient with me as I tried to make decisions on whether to pull a city permit (we did), get window grids (no), use fire-safe glass (no except where required), & get our HOA approval. I also added additional windows to our original quote in order to make sure all of our front windows matched and Mike was great in working with me on the price for the add'l windows. Once the windows came in, the installation was scheduled quickly, and all 32 windows were efficiently replaced within two days by a great crew. They look great! The city inspector was very impressed with their work when he came out a few days later to look at the project. Meagan was great to work with in the office as well! I highly recommend Harbor Construction and would definitely choose them myself for a future job.

I called Harbor Construction the day the company "Green Living" who we originally placed our order with delivered the wrong colors of windows.Mike and Mich came out the same day to take measurements. The number one thing I can say is that Mike and his team provided us with Top notch customer service. They advised us of the best way to install screens (Something the other co. did not think of). and walked us through the entire process with white glove service. We replaced 19 windows and 2 sliding doors in our home. They were on point with communication and let us know in advance the day the project was to start. They finished in 2 days.Eddie & Bucket installed our windows. They were a super awesome team and they were very polite. Any question or request I had they were on top of it. If I could give them 10 stars I would. And I would recommend them to any family and friends.

Team of 2 worked well together and interacted well with me.I had a few quotes that were considerably higher so I was concerned there would be “surprises”. Megan assured me they were equipped to deal with any problems that might occur. Work was completed in 4 hours and except for the new windows and door you would not know they had been here.From initial contact to quote to completion, Mike & Megan were pleasant to work with (phone, text, email) and the installers represented the company well.Finally, when I look outside, everything looks better. Harbor Construction/Anlin was a win-win. Money well spent.

We had our Anlin doors and windows installed just over 2 months ago, we could easily have posted a review on day one, they are that good. We wanted to live with them for a while, just in case anything occurred, and to gain an appreciation of how efficient etc they were.From the very first conversation with Mike right through to installation day Harbor Construction were an excellent company to deal with.Mike and Megan were always very quick to answer any questions that we had. We wanted to be able to see a fully working example of windows before we purchased them, and the showroom has a couple of different brands set up for you to look at.With regard to pricing, for the quality of product very competitive compared to other well known brands.Biscuit, Eddie and Alexis are an amazing installation crew, they were very respectful of our property. They did a quick and efficient install, even when they were delayed by rain on day two. They are very trustworthy, I never worried for a moment about having to take my dog for while they were working.The windows and doors are high quality products, I know a little about the window manufacturing process, so it was very important to us we got the quality and efficiency we desired because replacement windows is not a cheap project. We would class them at the mid price point, but feel that we got a much higher quality product.We did have a problem with a couple of handles, but Mike, Mitch and Biscuit got replacements out and installed very quickly.We have had plenty of compliments from neighbors and a couple of passers by, we are thrilled with the finished project.We would not hesitate in recommending both Anlin Windows And Doors and Harbor Construction.Thank you for making a very expensive and stressful project run so smoothly.

Mike was a delight. He recommended me away from replacement windows (his scope of work) to just replacement panes (not his scope of work). The sheer professionalism to be able to look out for a potential client in this manner speaks volumes about a person.He was nice, friendly, and knowledgable. If I do ever need replacement windows, I'll know to come to him first.

Wow! We could not be more impressed with Harbor Construction! We were looking at another company who was a little bit less, but chose to use them because they were so good at answering our calls. And boy are we glad we did! These guys know how to take care of their customers. Mitch came out and measured the windows and came back when the job was done for a final walkthrough. He went above and beyond to get things just right. The installers were quick and friendly. And the owner, Mike, also went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. Oh! And our windows look great too....so good that a bird flew right into one the day after they were installed. (the bird is okay. He shook it off and flew away) Seriously though, we haven't seen this kind of customer service in a long time! Would 100% refer them to anyone.

We had our whole house windows and sliding doors replaced by Harbor Construction and we are so happy with both the results and the company. Mike has been responsive to any questions we had (and my husband had a lot!). His price was fair, the workers were polite, efficient and on time. We had some surprises (dry rot/termite damage) with our house being older, and Mike and his team rolled with it and helped come up with fixes at minimal price to us. They said they wanted the results to be at a standard they would want in their own home and actually meant it.

We changed 15 windows and Anlin Price was the most competitive and with double life time warranty as add-on. And among multiple vendors recommended by Anlin, Mike (Harbor Constructions) matched and went beyond by beating the best quote I received.Mike provided me timely updates, and the workers were very professional, did a clean job and cleaned up all the debris. All the windows are sound proof and I see significant reduction in outdoor noise.This was the biggest investment in our house since we moved in and it was very satisfactory. Trying to find a flat roofing company that made sense was a difficult job. Material choice, warranty, longevity combined with price, availability, and experience all make it an arduous process. Mike (Owner of Harbor Construction) made it much easier for us. He was quick to respond, not just for quoting, but always reachable during the whole process. His team was timely, took feedback, and worked with me to get everything exactly the way I was hoping. Additionally his price was amongst the most competitive. My roof looks great (brand new so I don’t know how leak proof it is, but I have little doubt). Mike was also knowledgeable about other projects we were working on simultaneously and provided feedback that saved me 1000s. Mike and Harbor Construction deserve their 5 star review.

My 25 yo roof started leaking last year, but i thought it was my window, so i repaired it and this year the leak came through the ceiling light in the dining room. Harbor Construction had great reviews so I contacted them and they determined i needed a full replacement. They gave me a fair price, the guys worked hard everyday, they were friendly and did a good job cleaning up. The Roof came out great &, they even pulled the necessary permits etc. I only needed to write the check! I highly recommend 😊👍🏻
