I would highly recommend OC Window Experts!!! The team from start to finish was pleasant to work with, were timely in their responses, and workmanship was A+. The installers JC, Eric, Willy and Ray, worked through a day of high winds, which they say slowed them down, however they completed installing over 30 windows in 2 days, so was not even noticed on my part. Installers were courteous, and kept us informed on where they were at throughout the process. Our neighbors comment on how good the windows look thanks to this crew.

I want to clarify that this is NOT a paid review but my genuine experience. When I was ready to get new windows I researched both windows and window contractors. After I had an initial idea of what I wanted I met with three companies. O.C. Window Experts was the last and I am glad it worked out this way as I could do an apples to apples comparison.My experience began with Mitchell who came out and measured my windows. Then I spoke with Mike. Mike was very easy to understand and I did not feel pressured at all. It was a very easy decision for me both intellectually and intuitively.The process was simple with no snags.On the day of the installation J.C. first introduced himself and then introduced me to Ray, Willie and Eric. They were all respectful, professional and diligent in their work. They did a beautiful job and J.C. inspected each window to make sure I was happy.Yes, I could not be happier with my new windows and I could recommend this company in a heartbeat.

When my daughter and I visited his Huntington Beach warehouse, he took the time to show us a variety of window brands, explaining the pros and cons of each in detail. We walked away with a much deeper understanding of our options, and his pricing was significantly more reasonable than the estimates we received from other companies.One thing I really appreciated was Mike’s flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile. During our warehouse visit, he suggested upgrading the standard window cam locks to True Action locks. However, I missed that detail when reviewing the proposal. I assumed it was too late to make changes, but I reached out anyway—and to my surprise, Mike contacted Anlin and arranged the swap without hesitation or extra cost. That level of customer care is rare!The installation process was just as smooth. Raymond and Willie, the installation crew, were efficient, professional, and meticulous with their work. The Team at OC Window Experts is top notch. From my first interaction with Mike, he was friendly and took returned calls punctually, patiently answering many questions I had and following up on our project. From when they came out to measure and provide a bid, to the project follow up with Meghan and Kait, to install day, communication was clear and they were able to install sooner than expected. On day of install, JC and Eric came on time, were polite and were extremely hard working. They left the job site clean and did a final walk thru going through all functions and making sure he answered any questions we had. Mike, personally texted that evening to check in, and I also received calls from his team to follow up on our experience. This has been hands down one of the most positive experiences working with contractors that we’ve worked with. 5 stars across the board for the whole team. Mitch came over to do inspection on windows. Was very personable and addressed all of our questions. We got a quote from another window company and found that the quote price was fair. Talked with the owner Mike directly and was very personable and addressed all of my questions as well. Was debating between Anlin and Milgard but Mike introduced us to Anlin and we love the windows! Mike addressed all my questions in regards to installation and contract and he was very responsive. He checked on us during the installation process as well. Process was very smooth. Ray and Willie came in to do the job for us and they were very hard working and considerate. They showed us how the windows operate and answered lot of our questions. JC, Eric, William and Ray did a great job - they replaced 26 windows and 1 sliding glass door in a 3 story home in ONE DAY!! They were very efficient, friendly and left my house very clean after they completed the job. GREAT crew!Estimate and measurement was done very quickly (less than 45 mins) and it took about 6 weeks for the windows to be ordered and built.Coordination leading up to the installation day was very transparent and included all details.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Incredible company to work with. Their whole team is responsive and helpful. We have a 2nd home in So Cal and it was in dire need of new windows. We called a few different companies but Harbor Construction won us over with their customer service. They talked us through new windows and identified some issues with our home that we were unaware of. The whole project went as expected. We did everything over the phone from two states away. Highly recommend Harbor Construction just like everyone who reviewed them so highly before me. In my first conversation with Mike in September 2023, he gave me so much valuable information without a singly pushy moment. In fact, when I told him I was unsure about moving forward since I was essentially switching double pane for double pane, he said I would still get a noticeable improvement but left the ultimate decision to me. In fact he said, “I’ll be here when you’re ready” and I knew right then that if I decided to go forward, I would call him and no one else. I decided in May 2024 to call him again because of the unbearable heat on the second floor of my home. I am so thankful I came back to him. His whole team is as thorough and professional as they come. I value honestly and guidance over tactics and pushy sales. Mike demonstrated the heat protection I would get in the showroom visit I scheduled. Since the windows were installed in June (right before a huge heat wave) I have experienced immediate temperature AND sound improvement as promised. The sound barrier and heat protection these new windows provide is phenomenal. My house is quieter and much more comfortable. Amazing!

We recently used Harbor Construction to do 15 replacement Anlin windows. Mike was very helpful with information about the windows and answered my many questions patiently. Mitch came out to measure and was thorough and very polite. He also answered many more questions! Kait handled the paperwork and ordering expertly. Meghan kept me up-to-date on scheduling and even when we had to reschedule because of the pouring rain she was great about communicating. And on install day, Miguel, Fausto and Jeremy got right to work and did a great job removing the existing windows and putting in the new ones. Communication is everything and it's so nice to have a contractor that does what they say they are going to do - on time and at a fair price. We were referred to Harbor by a friend who said that Harbor bent over backwards for his project, and they were reasonably priced. We spoke to the owner Mike about the Anlin replacement windows and we were sold! They come with a free lifetime replacement, and I live on a golf course. I've already had a window broken and Anlin replaced it without any hassle, and sooner than they originally quoted. The price was great for such a high quality window. Mike sent his foreman Yordan and his crew out. They replaced 33 windows AND two sliding doors in only 3 days! When we said we thought something looked off, they fixed it. Yordan and his Crew took care of us. While I paid a deposit when the windows were ordered, I was not asked to pay the balance until everything was completed to pur satisfaction. Also, I live in northern San Diego County, and they were on time, eventhough I was over 85 miles away! If you don't at least talk to them, you're doing yourself a huge disservice!

Wow, Mike (the owner of Harbor Construction) is PHENOMENAL! I wish more business owners were as courteous, knowledgeable and generous as Mike.I called Harbor Construction in search of a vendor to help address some issues with Tex-Cote. I saw a few other reviewers mentioned that they did that kind of work though most of the recent reviews (and their website) indicated they specialized in doors and window installation. I thought I'd give them a call to find out more, and I'm glad I did!Mike picked up the phone and was warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He clarified that they used to do Tex-Cote, but have narrowed the scope of their services to focus on door and window installation. Nevertheless, he asked me about my situation and offered up a tremendous amount of helpful information and provided recommendations. Mike spent a good 20-30 minutes discussing my project and leveraging his years of experience doing contracting work to give me an honest, objective and informed set of recommendations.Mike was gracious with his time and generous with his knowledge, and I could tell he really just wanted to help.If I ever need doors, sliders or windows Harbor Construction will be the first call I make. If you have the opportunity to work with them, I am confident you will be in good hands.

Highly recommend. One of the biggest frustrations dealing with the contractors is lack of responsiveness. Not this company. We did a lot of projects at our property, and Harbor Construction was one of the best companies to deal with. While they may elect to delay roof installation due to expected adverse weather conditions, when they do start, they finish very fast. Your house will not be one of those houses you see in your neighborhood sitting for a week with no progress and being rained on.

I wish I could give Mike and his team 10 stars. I had been thinking about window replacement for a long time but it felt really intimidating. I sent out requests for bids on Yelp and Mike called me right away. He was so consultative and answered all my questions, and helped me understand how to take measurements so I could get comparative bids. Mike was the best priced of the ones I got back and 100x better to work with so I went with Harbor. I have very specific style that needed to be matched, and I also really wanted double hung, Mike went WAY above and beyond to find what I was looking for, and giving me his professional opinion along the way. We had multiple phone conversations for him to help me make a decision, he was so kind and patient will all my questions.The day of installation also completely blew me away. A big crew showed up right on time, Pete was overseeing the project and he was fantastic. Super communicative and the whole crew was really respectful of my neighbors, plants around the community and shared spaces. My HOA president even complimented how great they all were. Whats even more amazing is they finished in a single day, and swept/vacuumed/wiped down the work space so my home was clean to come back to! The Anlin windows are absolutely beautiful and really high quality, it's a total game changer in my space. I can't believe I waited so long to do this, I am so happy and I felt SO well taken care of by the way Mike and Meghan worked with me along the way.I honestly don't know what more you could possibly look for in a contractor. We had 32 windows replaced with Anlin Windows by Harbor Construction in April. We chose them as had gotten two other quotes for the same windows that were quite a bit higher, plus Mike La First was incredibly patient with me as I tried to make decisions on whether to pull a city permit (we did), get window grids (no), use fire-safe glass (no except where required), & get our HOA approval. I also added additional windows to our original quote in order to make sure all of our front windows matched and Mike was great in working with me on the price for the add'l windows. Once the windows came in, the installation was scheduled quickly, and all 32 windows were efficiently replaced within two days by a great crew. They look great! The city inspector was very impressed with their work when he came out a few days later to look at the project. Meagan was great to work with in the office as well! I highly recommend Harbor Construction and would definitely choose them myself for a future job.

I called Harbor Construction the day the company "Green Living" who we originally placed our order with delivered the wrong colors of windows.Mike and Mich came out the same day to take measurements. The number one thing I can say is that Mike and his team provided us with Top notch customer service. They advised us of the best way to install screens (Something the other co. did not think of). and walked us through the entire process with white glove service. We replaced 19 windows and 2 sliding doors in our home. They were on point with communication and let us know in advance the day the project was to start. They finished in 2 days.Eddie & Bucket installed our windows. They were a super awesome team and they were very polite. Any question or request I had they were on top of it. Team of 2 worked well together and interacted well with me.I had a few quotes that were considerably higher so I was concerned there would be “surprises”. Megan assured me they were equipped to deal with any problems that might occur. Work was completed in 4 hours and except for the new windows and door you would not know they had been here.From initial contact to quote to completion, Mike & Megan were pleasant to work with (phone, text, email) and the installers represented the company well.Finally, when I look outside, everything looks better. We had our Anlin doors and windows installed just over 2 months ago, we could easily have posted a review on day one, they are that good. We wanted to live with them for a while, just in case anything occurred, and to gain an appreciation of how efficient etc they were.From the very first conversation with Mike right through to installation day Harbor Construction were an excellent company to deal with.Mike and Megan were always very quick to answer any questions that we had. We wanted to be able to see a fully working example of windows before we purchased them, and the showroom has a couple of different brands set up for you to look at.With regard to pricing, for the quality of product very competitive compared to other well known brands.Biscuit, Eddie and Alexis are an amazing installation crew, they were very respectful of our property. They did a quick and efficient install, even when they were delayed by rain on day two. They are very trustworthy, I never worried for a moment about having to take my dog for while they were working.The windows and doors are high quality products, I know a little about the window manufacturing process, so it was very important to us we got the quality and efficiency we desired because replacement windows is not a cheap project. We would class them at the mid price point, but feel that we got a much higher quality product.We did have a problem with a couple of handles, but Mike, Mitch and Biscuit got replacements out and installed very quickly.We have had plenty of compliments from neighbors and a couple of passers by, we are thrilled with the finished project.We would not hesitate in recommending both Anlin Windows And Doors and Harbor Construction.Thank you for making a very expensive and stressful project run so smoothly.

From the start, Mike was willing to spend a lot of time talking with us and answering all our questions. He was always friendly, quick to respond, knowledgeable. Prices were competitive too!Their process was seemless. On day of installation, the crew was clean, kind, and professional. We love our Anlin windows and think they look great.We would definitely recommend Harbor Construction to friends and family. We will also be using them in our future for our needs.

Can't say enough good things about Harbor Construction. Mike and Meghan exemplifies great customer service.1. From the moment we did an inquiry, Mike was the most responsive of all, fast patient and efficient.2. They dealt even with our unhappy neighbor.3. Give u timely updates and made sure site is clean and work is done very well.4. Dealt with the inspector made sure everything was according to plan.We had to switch from tiles to shingles. Pix below! New windows are a big investment in your home and we were looking to replace all 15. My husband and I met with many companies and finally chose Harbor Construction based on the positive reviews, quality and price, and how friendly and efficient Mike (owner) was. We felt like we were in good hands from beginning to the end. The 2 man crew worked so hard and got them all installed in 1 day and they cleaned up after themselves which is much appreciated after major construction. I never realized I could love windows so much!Thank you Harbor Construction!

Wow! We could not be more impressed with Harbor Construction! We were looking at another company who was a little bit less, but chose to use them because they were so good at answering our calls. And boy are we glad we did! These guys know how to take care of their customers. Mitch came out and measured the windows and came back when the job was done for a final walkthrough. He went above and beyond to get things just right. The installers were quick and friendly. And the owner, Mike, also went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. Oh! And our windows look great too....so good that a bird flew right into one the day after they were installed. (the bird is okay. He shook it off and flew away) Seriously though, we haven't seen this kind of customer service in a long time! Would 100% refer them to anyone.

Harbor Construction was amazing!!! The guys were very considerate, courteous and appreciative of the property when installing the new roof. And it was done so quickly! They also installed new insulation in my attic and were very clean with the whole process. (Insulation is plain MESSY!) I really appreciate Mike and his crew! Would definitely recommend!

We had our whole house windows and sliding doors replaced by Harbor Construction and we are so happy with both the results and the company. Mike has been responsive to any questions we had (and my husband had a lot!). His price was fair, the workers were polite, efficient and on time. We had some surprises (dry rot/termite damage) with our house being older, and Mike and his team rolled with it and helped come up with fixes at minimal price to us. They said they wanted the results to be at a standard they would want in their own home and actually meant it.

I hired Mike and Harbor Construction for a window replacement on my duplex and I am very thankful that I selected them for the job. Mike thoroughly described the entire process of the project and explained the features and benefits of the windows that they were installing. His crew was always on time, courteous to my tenants, and did a meticulous job of installing the windows. We changed 15 windows and Anlin Price was the most competitive and with double life time warranty as add-on. And among multiple vendors recommended by Anlin, Mike (Harbor Constructions) matched and went beyond by beating the best quote I received.Mike provided me timely updates, and the workers were very professional, did a clean job and cleaned up all the debris. All the windows are sound proof and I see significant reduction in outdoor noise.This was the biggest investment in our house since we moved in and it was very satisfactory. Will give a thumbs up to Mike and his workers.

Again, I am the type to write reviews only if something is truly amazing or devastating and not something in between (mediocre, average, etc.)We were so impressed with them that we hired them for a second roofing project a week after.Project 1 Reroofing Scope: tear off of 1 layer of architectural shingles and replace with Owen Cornings architectural shingles with synthetic underlayment. (About 3-5 days)Project 2 Reroofing Scope: Complete tear off of several layers of shingles along with wood shakes. Complete resheathing with radiant OSB boards, synthetic underlayment, and architectural shingles.

Trying to find a flat roofing company that made sense was a difficult job. Material choice, warranty, longevity combined with price, availability, and experience all make it an arduous process. Mike (Owner of Harbor Construction) made it much easier for us. He was quick to respond, not just for quoting, but always reachable during the whole process. His team was timely, took feedback, and worked with me to get everything exactly the way I was hoping. Additionally his price was amongst the most competitive. My roof looks great (brand new so I don’t know how leak proof it is, but I have little doubt). Mike was also knowledgeable about other projects we were working on simultaneously and provided feedback that saved me 1000s. Mike and Harbor Construction deserve their 5 star review.

My 25 yo roof started leaking last year, but i thought it was my window, so i repaired it and this year the leak came through the ceiling light in the dining room. Harbor Construction had great reviews so I contacted them and they determined i needed a full replacement. They gave me a fair price, the guys worked hard everyday, they were friendly and did a good job cleaning up. The Roof came out great &, they even pulled the necessary permits etc. I only needed to write the check! I highly recommend 😊👍🏻

No high pressure sales tactics. Very happy with quality of the work done. Work crew was very responsive to our needs and questions and always maintaining access to the home yet covering well for spray painting. Took a little longer than originally expected but they maintained quality rather than rushing the work which was appreciated.

If you are looking for window/sliding door replacement, Harbor Construction is the company you should really go for. The owner, Mike truly works hard for the 5-stars. Harbor Construction did a great job for replacing 8 windows of my house. They look nice, I like it. They gave a very good deal comparing to other companies. Their team works very professional. After they were done, everything was cleaned; not like other company left a big mess at my house and broke my tile roof. I felt sorry for myself that I know Harbor Construction late. Some of my windows were done earlier by other company and now it’s rain season, it leaks. Windows should last 15-20 years. Don’t screw up like me. Pick a right company to do your windows properly and no need to worry about it for 15-20years.

Harbor Construction came in and did a wonderful job on my home painting it. They did excellent clean up every day. When it was all said and done every day after the clean up they would do a walk around with me to make sure job was moving forward. After it was all said an done my house looks Great !!!

We simply cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about Mike and his crew at Harbor Construction. From the start, he came out the day after we called for a free and thorough estimate. He gave us a quote that was literally thousands of dollars less than another quote we received for a new HVAC and furnace. Once we got our approval from HOA, his team came out and installed everything; it took them only one day to complete the installation. The crew that came to our home were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We absolutely love our HVAC and new furnace; we use them almost every day. If ever I have a question or concern, Mike is always available and willing to help me out. He truly cares about the customer and their well-being. He does what's right and does it right!!! We are so grateful for all that they have done for us, plus we have made a great new friend in the process. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Harbor Construction for your HVAC or window installation needs!
