Based on how well Mike communicated and followed up with us, we decided to go with OC Window Experts, and we're so happy we did.Our experience with Mike and his team was excellent from the initial meeting with Mike at his office, to Mitch taking measurements, to the actual installation--the installers did a great job, and were extremely respectful to us and our home.The old windows were original builder grade. The result with our new Anlins is beyond what we expected. They really are quieter. No more noisy neighbors or barking dogs. :)Working with OC Window Experts was exactly what we'd hoped it would be.

We had a great experience with OC Window Experts and highly recommend them. We replaced 34 windows in our 30+ year old house. After receiving 3 quotes from 3 highly rated and recommended companies, we chose OCWE based on their price and after talking with Mike, the owner. We met with him at his showroom and after discussing the type of widow they recommended for our house, seeing how the window worked and was constructed and how it would benefit us, we ultimately felt this was the company we felt most comfortable with. Their pricing was also very competitive. From beginning to end, it was an easy process. Their office kept us up to date when windows were ordered and delivered and the installation date was within the time frame promised. What a difference new windows make. The windows glide so easily, are so quiet and keep the outside noise out. And what a difference the e-glass makes in keeping the heat out when the sun is shinning directly in.They installed all 30 windows within 2 days and we couldn’t be happier. They have a really great team of installers - JC, Ray, Willie and Eric were so professional, polite and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and they kept us informed every step of the way with the installation process.

Great to work with from asking for a quote, getting the quote, scheduling the install, and, of course, the final product. Mike was wonderful to talk to and very knowledgeable and patient. Mitch then came out and measured. The office staff were extremely sweet and kept me posted and answered all my questions. Install was handled professionally and quickly. You could tell, this wasn't Ray, Willy, or Eric's first rodeo. Very skilled and organized. Very happy with their work and my french doors (with a doggie door even)!

OC Window experts did a great job with my window replacements, made it very easy. Mike the owner was quick with communicating, Kait and Meghan in the office made payment and scheduling a breeze, George came out once for estimate and measurements, all others made that a two visit process. Installation team JC, Eric, Willy, Ray and Mitchell worked effectively and did all 17 windows in one day as estimated. Such a difference in sound and temperature with the new Anlin windows.

Oh my, what a wonderful company! While we received quotes from other companies, those visits made us feel like prisoners in our own home. Serious dog and pony shows. But we got such a great education from Mike (the owner) during our estimate visit to the showroom in HB. With his guidance we selected windows, sliding doors, and a windowed back door that balanced our priorities of energy efficiency and cost.This company’s estimate came in significantly below other companies. This worried me at first (were corners being cut, workers receiving crappy pay, and/or the product low quality?) and we asked Mike about it. He assured us that costs are controlled by working directly with manufacturers and having permanent crews for installation which guaranteed that the job was done properly.And boy was he right about the crew. JC and Willy were great! They worked quickly, but with such experience and expertise that the job was mostly done in a day (more on that below). And if you want a true gauge of character, JC found and pointed out a manufacturing deficiency with one of the sliding glass doors and the seal on the kitchen window. On our own we would probably have discovered this a few years down the road, but because of JC’s honesty they reordered these items for us at no cost to us. And the ULTIMATE judge of character - our husky LOVED these guys! I think she was debating leaving us for JC. Request this crew if you want a great experience- (both for humans and animals).In terms of the product, no issues to report a few months after install, including being through a few heavy rains. We did experience delays based on manufacturer availability and shipping. Mike was an absolute hero and called the manufacturer daily for updates. The replacement sliding door, in particular, took about 6 weeks to receive after reorder. But once received installation was fast, and Mitch ensured smooth scheduling. We were so happy that Willy and JC did the reinstall, and then demonstrated how the replacements worked properly. What a great team, and just lovely humans in general.And I can’t miss mentioning that the windows are excellent quality! We went from old windows with broken seals and fogging to clear views of sunrises and sunsets.I can’t recommend OC Window Experts more highly! Any blips were the responsibility of the manufacturer- not OC Window Experts. This company is honest, cares about its customers, and will follow through to the highest degree.Finally a note to JC. We just had Anlin windows & sliding doors installed by OC Window Experts last week & couldn't be happier! We had gotten several quotes but got the best vibe from Mike. The price was very competitive & we appreciated his honesty/recommendations. The installation team was very courteous, professional & FAST! We were surprised they showed up as scheduled, despite the rainy forecast! Although they estimated 2-3 days, they were done in about 1 1/2! The communication throughout the process was great. We had such a great experience with OC Window Experts — I can’t recommend them enough! From the first call to the final walkthrough, they were professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about doing things right.We were in the middle of replacing all the windows and French doors in our home with a newborn in the house (not ideal timing 😅), but Mike, Mitch, Willy, J.C., and Kait made it so easy. Seriously, I couldn’t believe how smooth they made the whole process.Mike was awesome from the start — super knowledgeable and never pushy. He walked us through everything and made sure we felt confident in our choices.Mitch came out to do all the measurements and was so detail-oriented. When Milgard missed a seal on our French doors, he caught it immediately and got it taken care of without us having to worry about a thing.Willy handled the install and is truly a craftsman. Everything was super clean, tight, and professionally done. Plus, he was respectful of our home, which we really appreciated with a baby sleeping nearby.J.C. along with doing the install with Willy did the final walkthrough and spotted little details we didn’t even think to look for — you can tell he takes real pride in his work.And to top it all off, Kait even came to our house to pick up the deposit check so I didn’t have to leave with the baby. Working with Mike’s team was a smooth process.Mike and his team always showed up at the time that we agreed on. Great service by Mike and Megan! Mike took all of my calls asking about various tax incentives and installation requirements. They were quick to respond and easy to get a hold of by phone and text. During installation day, they provided a 2 hour window of when the crew would arrive. The installers were extremely professional and explained to me different findings as they removed the old windows. Once the installation was completed, the office staff gave me a call to make sure everything was satisfactory.We immediately noticed the house became more quiet. I just spent 21 minutes on the phone with Mike, a really great honest guy who after carefully reviewing my home’s design advised me against getting retrofit windows. It’s not everyday that you call a home repair type company looking to do business with them and they actually talk you out of going with them. For this reason I can’t recommend Mike enough if you’re not sure about what you’re doing and need someone you can count on to steer you in the right direction. I hope this review helps Mike earn more business because he really deserves it and I hope this helps you avoid making any costly mistakes as Mike did for me.

The installation went really smoothly and was carried out with impressive professionalism! We encountered a couple of tricky front windows, as they were made up of smaller, separate glass panels. However JC and Eric removed everything safely and completed the installation of our 7 windows and 1 patio door in under 8 hours. Mike was very responsive and checked in during the job to ensure everything was going well. The Anlin windows/doors themselves are a night and day upgrade. We immediately felt the difference in noise reduction and insulation, and they are super easy to open and close.

OC Windows Experts replaced 4 windows and 1 sliding patio glass door for us. We are very happy and satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. Our old windows and patio door were a mixture of different age aluminum. Most were probably original when the house was built in 1969. We selected Milgard Tuscany and immediately noticed the noise and temperature difference after they were installed. The noise from the gardener’s working next door is much dampened so that I don’t notice unless I pay attention. OC Windows Experts staff and technicians are all professional, honest, responsive and respectful. If you need to replace your windows, you will find the process transparent and highly satisfactory with this company!

I want to clarify that this is NOT a paid review but my genuine experience. When I was ready to get new windows I researched both windows and window contractors. After I had an initial idea of what I wanted I met with three companies. O.C. Window Experts was the last and I am glad it worked out this way as I could do an apples to apples comparison.My experience began with Mitchell who came out and measured my windows. Then I spoke with Mike. Mike was very easy to understand and I did not feel pressured at all. It was a very easy decision for me both intellectually and intuitively.The process was simple with no snags.On the day of the installation J.C. first introduced himself and then introduced me to Ray, Willie and Eric. They were all respectful, professional and diligent in their work. If you’re considering window replacement, I highly recommend OC Window Experts.Mike is honest, transparent, and incredibly well-versed in the products he offers. When my daughter and I visited his Huntington Beach warehouse, he took the time to show us a variety of window brands, explaining the pros and cons of each in detail. We walked away with a much deeper understanding of our options, and his pricing was significantly more reasonable than the estimates we received from other companies.One thing I really appreciated was Mike’s flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile. During our warehouse visit, he suggested upgrading the standard window cam locks to True Action locks. However, I missed that detail when reviewing the proposal. I assumed it was too late to make changes, but I reached out anyway—and to my surprise, Mike contacted Anlin and arranged the swap without hesitation or extra cost. That level of customer care is rare!The installation process was just as smooth. Raymond and Willie, the installation crew, were efficient, professional, and meticulous with their work. They made sure every window was installed perfectly, and I truly appreciate their expertise.I also want to commend the OC Window Experts for their integrity. They pointed out that the alignment of one of the Argon windows was slightly off. Instead of brushing it aside, Mike was completely upfront about the issue and immediately took steps to reorder a replacement window. That level of honesty and accountability speaks volumes.Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. OC Window Experts exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family. The Team at OC Window Experts is top notch. From my first interaction with Mike, he was friendly and took returned calls punctually, patiently answering many questions I had and following up on our project. From when they came out to measure and provide a bid, to the project follow up with Meghan and Kait, to install day, communication was clear and they were able to install sooner than expected. On day of install, JC and Eric came on time, were polite and were extremely hard working. They left the job site clean and did a final walk thru going through all functions and making sure he answered any questions we had. Mike, personally texted that evening to check in, and I also received calls from his team to follow up on our experience. This has been hands down one of the most positive experiences working with contractors that we’ve worked with. 5 stars across the board for the whole team. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs windows installed or replaced.

Talked with the owner Mike directly and was very personable and addressed all of my questions as well. Was debating between Anlin and Milgard but Mike introduced us to Anlin and we love the windows! Mike addressed all my questions in regards to installation and contract and he was very responsive. He checked on us during the installation process as well. Process was very smooth. Ray and Willie came in to do the job for us and they were very hard working and considerate. They showed us how the windows operate and answered lot of our questions. Incredible company to work with. Their whole team is responsive and helpful. We have a 2nd home in So Cal and it was in dire need of new windows. We called a few different companies but Harbor Construction won us over with their customer service. I needed to replace my condominium's windows and patio doors. After doing a good amount of research, I contacted Mike about the effort. Based on his recommendations and my follow-on research, we went with the Anlin windows and patio doors.Coordinating the process was done by the front office and everyone did an outstanding job of communicating and letting me know where we were in the process. On the installation date(s), Ray, Eric, and Ernesto (the second day) come right on schedule. Highly recommend Harbor Construction just like everyone who reviewed them so highly before me. In my first conversation with Mike in September 2023, he gave me so much valuable information without a singly pushy moment. In fact, when I told him I was unsure about moving forward since I was essentially switching double pane for double pane, he said I would still get a noticeable improvement but left the ultimate decision to me. In fact he said, “I’ll be here when you’re ready” and I knew right then that if I decided to go forward, I would call him and no one else. I decided in May 2024 to call him again because of the unbearable heat on the second floor of my home. I am so thankful I came back to him. His whole team is as thorough and professional as they come. I value honestly and guidance over tactics and pushy sales. Mike demonstrated the heat protection I would get in the showroom visit I scheduled. Since the windows were installed in June (right before a huge heat wave) I have experienced immediate temperature AND sound improvement as promised. The sound barrier and heat protection these new windows provide is phenomenal. My house is quieter and much more comfortable. Amazing!

We recently used Harbor Construction to do 15 replacement Anlin windows. Mike was very helpful with information about the windows and answered my many questions patiently. Mitch came out to measure and was thorough and very polite. He also answered many more questions! Kait handled the paperwork and ordering expertly. Meghan kept me up-to-date on scheduling and even when we had to reschedule because of the pouring rain she was great about communicating. And on install day, Miguel, Fausto and Jeremy got right to work and did a great job removing the existing windows and putting in the new ones. Communication is everything and it's so nice to have a contractor that does what they say they are going to do - on time and at a fair price. We're having a housewarming party soon and I will be telling everyone who did our new beautiful windows. Well done - thank you.

We were referred to Harbor by a friend who said that Harbor bent over backwards for his project, and they were reasonably priced. We spoke to the owner Mike about the Anlin replacement windows and we were sold! They come with a free lifetime replacement, and I live on a golf course. I've already had a window broken and Anlin replaced it without any hassle, and sooner than they originally quoted. The price was great for such a high quality window. Mike sent his foreman Yordan and his crew out. They replaced 33 windows AND two sliding doors in only 3 days! When we said we thought something looked off, they fixed it. Yordan and his Crew took care of us. While I paid a deposit when the windows were ordered, I was not asked to pay the balance until everything was completed to pur satisfaction. Also, I live in northern San Diego County, and they were on time, eventhough I was over 85 miles away! If you don't at least talk to them, you're doing yourself a huge disservice!

Wow, Mike (the owner of Harbor Construction) is PHENOMENAL! I wish more business owners were as courteous, knowledgeable and generous as Mike.I called Harbor Construction in search of a vendor to help address some issues with Tex-Cote. I saw a few other reviewers mentioned that they did that kind of work though most of the recent reviews (and their website) indicated they specialized in doors and window installation. I thought I'd give them a call to find out more, and I'm glad I did!Mike picked up the phone and was warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He clarified that they used to do Tex-Cote, but have narrowed the scope of their services to focus on door and window installation. Nevertheless, he asked me about my situation and offered up a tremendous amount of helpful information and provided recommendations. Mike spent a good 20-30 minutes discussing my project and leveraging his years of experience doing contracting work to give me an honest, objective and informed set of recommendations.Mike was gracious with his time and generous with his knowledge, and I could tell he really just wanted to help.If I ever need doors, sliders or windows Harbor Construction will be the first call I make. If you have the opportunity to work with them, I am confident you will be in good hands.

Highly recommend. One of the biggest frustrations dealing with the contractors is lack of responsiveness. Not this company. We did a lot of projects at our property, and Harbor Construction was one of the best companies to deal with. While they may elect to delay roof installation due to expected adverse weather conditions, when they do start, they finish very fast. Your house will not be one of those houses you see in your neighborhood sitting for a week with no progress and being rained on.

I wish I could give Mike and his team 10 stars. I had been thinking about window replacement for a long time but it felt really intimidating. I sent out requests for bids on Yelp and Mike called me right away. He was so consultative and answered all my questions, and helped me understand how to take measurements so I could get comparative bids. Mike was the best priced of the ones I got back and 100x better to work with so I went with Harbor. I have very specific style that needed to be matched, and I also really wanted double hung, Mike went WAY above and beyond to find what I was looking for, and giving me his professional opinion along the way. We had multiple phone conversations for him to help me make a decision, he was so kind and patient will all my questions.The day of installation also completely blew me away. A big crew showed up right on time, Pete was overseeing the project and he was fantastic. Super communicative and the whole crew was really respectful of my neighbors, plants around the community and shared spaces. My HOA president even complimented how great they all were. Whats even more amazing is they finished in a single day, and swept/vacuumed/wiped down the work space so my home was clean to come back to! The Anlin windows are absolutely beautiful and really high quality, it's a total game changer in my space. I can't believe I waited so long to do this, I am so happy and I felt SO well taken care of by the way Mike and Meghan worked with me along the way.I honestly don't know what more you could possibly look for in a contractor. I am telling everyone I know about him for window replacement projects - ABSOLUTELY HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
